PopWild: Balloon Arcade
Privacy Policy
This policy explains how PopWild: Balloon Arcade, developed and published by Stone Howl Interactive, handles information when you play the game.
Effective date: September 2, 2026
1. Information stored on your device
PopWild: Balloon Arcade stores game information locally on your device, including your best score, banked extra lives, selected music, volume, brightness, and other game preferences. This information is used to remember your progress and settings. Stone Howl Interactive does not transmit this locally saved gameplay information to its own servers.
2. Advertising
PopWild: Balloon Arcade uses Unity LevelPlay mediation with Unity Ads and Google AdMob to provide the optional rewarded advertisement. The game requests contextual or non-personalized ad delivery, sends a do-not-sell-or-share signal, and does not provide the advertising services with a custom player account ID, audience segment, best score, or other locally saved gameplay information.
Contextual advertising still requires some information to deliver, secure, and measure ads. Unity, Google, and their service providers may process device and other identifiers (including the Android advertising ID when available), approximate location derived from an internet connection, device and app information, ad views or interactions, and diagnostic information. This information may be used for ad delivery, reporting, security, and invalid-traffic or fraud prevention.
These providers handle information under the Unity Privacy Policy and Google Privacy Policy. Resetting or deleting the Android advertising ID in your device's privacy settings may limit its future use.
Where required, the game uses Google's certified User Messaging Platform to display regional privacy disclosures and collect privacy choices before requesting an advertisement. The resulting consent or opt-out signals are stored on the device and made available to Google AdMob, Unity LevelPlay, and supported mediated advertising providers. Players can reopen the applicable form from Options > Privacy Choices.
3. Platform services
Google Play may process information related to downloading, updating, licensing, security, diagnostics, or using the game under Google's own terms and privacy policy. Stone Howl Interactive does not receive your locally saved gameplay information through these platform services.
4. How information is shared
Stone Howl Interactive does not sell personal information for money and does not send locally saved gameplay information to advertising providers. Unity, Google, and their service providers may process or share the advertising-related categories described above as necessary to deliver, measure, secure, and prevent fraud in the optional rewarded ad. The game sends a do-not-sell-or-share signal through its mediation integration. Information you voluntarily send in a support message is used only as described below.
5. Support communications
If you contact Stone Howl Interactive for support, we receive the email address and information you voluntarily include in your message. We use that information only to respond, investigate the issue, maintain necessary support records, and comply with legal obligations. Please do not send sensitive personal information in a support request.
6. Data retention and security
Locally saved game information remains on your device until you clear the app's data or uninstall the game, subject to any device backup settings you control. Support correspondence is kept only as long as reasonably needed for support, security, recordkeeping, or legal purposes.
Advertising information is retained by Unity, Google, and their service providers according to their policies and legal obligations. Stone Howl Interactive does not maintain a separate player advertising profile or advertising database.
We use reasonable measures appropriate to a small independent developer, but no electronic transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
7. Children's privacy
PopWild: Balloon Arcade is intended for players aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. Stone Howl Interactive does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided personal information through a support communication, contact us so we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.
8. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights relating to access, correction, deletion, objection, sale or sharing opt-out, or restriction. Follow the steps on our Data Deletion Request page to submit a request. Because PopWild: Balloon Arcade does not use player accounts and keeps gameplay information locally, Stone Howl Interactive may not hold information that lets us identify a particular player. Requests concerning information processed directly by Unity or Google can also be made using the options described in their privacy policies.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when PopWild: Balloon Arcade's features, service providers, or legal requirements change. We will publish the updated policy on this page and change the effective date above. Material changes may also be communicated inside the game or through its store listing when appropriate.
