BalloonPop
Privacy Policy
This policy explains how BalloonPop, developed and published by Stone Howl Interactive, handles information when you play the game.
Effective date: July 14, 2026
1. Information stored on your device
BalloonPop stores game information locally on your device, including your best score, banked extra lives, selected music, volume, brightness, and other game preferences. This information is used to remember your progress and settings. Stone Howl Interactive does not transmit this locally saved gameplay information to its own servers.
2. Advertising and information processed by Google
BalloonPop uses Google AdMob to offer optional rewarded advertisements. When advertising services are allowed to operate, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect and share information such as:
- Your device's IP address, which may be used to estimate general location.
- Device and account identifiers, including the Android advertising ID and app set ID where available.
- Interactions such as app launches, taps, and advertisement or video views.
- Diagnostic and performance information such as launch time, hang rate, and energy usage.
Google and participating advertising partners may use this information to provide and measure advertisements, limit repeated advertisements, detect fraud, improve services, and—when permitted by your choices—provide personalized advertising.
For more information, review Google's Privacy Policy, Google's business data responsibility information, and the AdMob advertising partner information.
3. Consent and privacy choices
BalloonPop uses Google's User Messaging Platform to request or record privacy choices where required by applicable regional regulations. Advertising is not requested until the consent system indicates that ads may be requested.
Where required, you can revisit your choices from the Privacy Choices button in the game's Options menu. You may also reset or delete your Android advertising ID through your device's privacy settings. The choices offered to you can vary depending on your region.
4. How information is shared
Stone Howl Interactive does not sell personal information for money. Information processed through advertising may be shared with Google and the advertising partners identified in the consent message for advertising, measurement, analytics, security, and fraud-prevention purposes. Their handling of information is governed by their own privacy policies and your available consent choices.
5. Support communications
If you contact Stone Howl Interactive for support, we receive the email address and information you voluntarily include in your message. We use that information only to respond, investigate the issue, maintain necessary support records, and comply with legal obligations. Please do not send sensitive personal information in a support request.
6. Data retention and security
Locally saved game information remains on your device until you clear the app's data or uninstall the game, subject to any device backup settings you control. Support correspondence is kept only as long as reasonably needed for support, security, recordkeeping, or legal purposes. Information handled by Google and its advertising partners is retained according to their respective policies.
We use reasonable measures appropriate to a small independent developer, but no electronic transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
7. Children's privacy
BalloonPop is intended for players aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. Stone Howl Interactive does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided personal information through a support communication, contact us so we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.
8. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights relating to access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction, consent withdrawal, or opting out of certain sharing or targeted advertising. Use the in-game privacy controls when available or contact us with your request. Because BalloonPop does not use player accounts, we may not hold information that lets us identify a particular player.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when BalloonPop's features, service providers, or legal requirements change. We will publish the updated policy on this page and change the effective date above. Material changes may also be communicated inside the game or through its store listing when appropriate.
