Use the instructions below to delete locally saved game data or request deletion of personal information associated with PopWild: Balloon Arcade.

PopWild: Balloon Arcade does not use player accounts. To request deletion of information held by Stone Howl Interactive, email us with the subject PopWild Data Deletion Request.
Email a deletion request

How to submit a request

  1. Email silverskygamez@gmail.com using the subject PopWild Data Deletion Request.
  2. Send the request from the email address you previously used to contact Stone Howl Interactive, if applicable.
  3. Describe which support correspondence or other information you want deleted. Do not send passwords, payment details, an advertising ID, or other sensitive information.
  4. We may reply to confirm the scope of your request or verify that you control the email address associated with the information.

Information Stone Howl Interactive can delete

If you contacted us for support, we may hold your email address and the information you voluntarily included in those messages. After verifying an applicable request, we will delete that information from our active support records unless retention is reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or recordkeeping obligations.

Stone Howl Interactive does not maintain player accounts, a remote gameplay database, or a separate player advertising profile for PopWild: Balloon Arcade.

Delete game data stored on your device

Your best score, banked extra lives, music and volume selections, brightness, and game preferences are stored locally on your device. Stone Howl Interactive cannot remotely access or delete this local information.

To delete it, clear PopWild: Balloon Arcade's storage in Android settings or uninstall the game. Device backups controlled by you or your platform provider may follow separate retention settings.

Advertising data

Optional rewarded advertisements are provided through Unity LevelPlay, Unity Ads, and Google AdMob. Unity, Google, and their service providers control requests concerning advertising-related information they process. Follow the privacy-request options in the Unity Privacy Policy and Google Privacy Policy. You can also reset or delete the Android advertising ID from your device's privacy settings.

Retention

  • Local game data: remains on your device until you clear the app's storage or uninstall the game, subject to device backup settings.
  • Support communications: kept only as long as reasonably needed for support, security, recordkeeping, dispute resolution, or legal obligations.
  • Advertising information: retained by Unity, Google, and their service providers according to their policies and legal obligations.
